FAQs

What kind of support do you offer for fertility?

Fertility support is one of the most important areas where ancestral nutrition and holistic approaches can make a significant impact. My fertility coaching is designed for couples, not just individuals. While it’s common for fertility support to focus on the woman, research and experience show that both partners play a crucial role in conception. By addressing both the male and female perspectives together, we can create a more effective, holistic, and synergistic approach to fertility.

Can nutrition really help with anxiety, depression, and OCD?

Yes! There is a growing body of research that suggests nutrition plays a major role in mental health. Inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and gut health imbalances are linked to conditions like anxiety, depression, and OCD. By nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods—such as omega-3-rich fatty acids, antioxidants, and gut-healing foods like bone broth and fermented foods—you can support the brain's natural ability to manage stress, improve mood, and reduce symptoms of mental health disorders.

Do I need to follow a strict diet plan, or can I make gradual changes?

My approach is all about flexibility and meeting you where you’re at. While ancestral nutrition emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods, I understand that change takes time. I work with you to create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Some clients prefer to make gradual changes, while others prefer a more structured approach. The goal is sustainable, long-term health improvements, not a temporary "diet."
